Passwords

You need three passwords to get access to Picasso Digital:

Your PC. Press Ctrl Alt Delete to change password
Your connection to Tec Cloud. Press Ctrl+Alt+End to change.
Your Login and Password til Picasso Digital. Go to Management\personel\change to change.

You set your own passwords and how often they need changing based on your level of security, but we would like to offer some advice about this.

Do not choose short passwords. Feel free to use 16 characters or more and preferably with a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
Do not use passwords that are easy to relate to you; own name, child’s name or similar.
Do not use a word with a number, but rather a series of words or a sentence using numbers. Hotel1 ” e.g. is not a good password, “Brunchwith1234EGGS!” is far better.
Use different passwords for each of the individual logons.
Make sure to change your password regularly, preferably at least every 3 months, and make sure that the new password does not look like the previous one.
Do not keep your passwords on a note sitting on the edge of the computer screen.
Guard your Picasso Digital passwords as well as you guard you pincodes.

Insurance demands

Be aware that insurance companies may set special requirements for passwords, frequency of change, etc., so it is always a good idea to check with the insurance terms or your insurance company.
