Bjerringbro Sports & Culture Centre enjoys the efficiency of Picasso Digital’s virtual assistant, Mona, seamlessly automating the rental and administration of its nine holiday cabins.
In the charming town of Bjerringbro, in central Denmark, the Bjerringbro Sports & Culture Centre has become a vibrant hub for sports, culture, and community life, centred around Bjerringbro Sports Park. The centre offers a wide range of facilities used year-round by local clubs, visitors, and tourists.
In addition, the centre operates nine luxury cabins, available for couples, families, conference participants, and guests who want a unique overnight stay with access to modern amenities and beautiful natural surroundings.
In the summer of 2025, Bjerringbro Sports & Culture Centre partnered with Picasso Digital, entrusting the rental and management of its cabins to the built-in AI assistant, Mona. Mona handles everything from taking bookings during the night, processing pre-payments, assigning room numbers, sending out key codes, managing check-in and check-out, and notifying cleaning staff about room status.
Anne-Kathrine from BIK shared the following thoughts about the transition to Picasso Digital.
When you book one of the cabins, you get free access to the on-site swimming pool, featuring a 25-metre lane pool, a warm-water pool, a children’s pool, and both 1- and 3-metre diving boards. For a touch of extra luxury, you can purchase access to the sauna infusion sessions (saunagus) and the wellness area.
BIK offers both standard cabins and a spacious accessible cabin, all accommodating up to six guests.
The cabins are equipped with four bunk beds and a sofa bed, a private toilet and shower, as well as a fridge and electric kettle. The accessible cabin offers extra space, grab rails in the bathroom, and a lowered sink, making it easy to use for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility.
