Online booking and Piccoline
“Since introducing ONL24 on our website, we have seen a clear increase in bookings made directly through our own site. This has reduced and converted expensive OTA and third-party bookings into direct bookings.”
“When we introduced Piccoline, collaboration between Reception and Housekeeping improved significantly. The biggest benefit is that Reception can instantly see which rooms are cleaned and ready for check-in, while Housekeeping can immediately see when rooms have been checked out and are ready to be cleaned.”
“Another helpful feature is that Housekeeping can take photos and create a “maintenance task” if something in a room is broken.”
Restaurant and Mobile POS
“We recently added Appetite and Mobile POS in our Restaurant Fiore. This means that all our departments now work in the same system.”

Looking ahead
