Picasso Digital is Europe’s only booking system with a built-in robot. The robot, named Mona, is based on artificial intelligence (AI) and is designed to provide the best possible service for your guests. Mona continuously communicates with the guest, whether originating from booking channels or Picasso/Picasso Online. Mona is constantly learning and finding new ways to make life easier for you and your guests.

Digital payment
Mona sends e.g. 24 hours before arrival, email or sms confirmation to the guest with a guide and link for prepayment of the stay.

Digital check-in Mona allocates a room when there is a vacancy. She confirms payment and automatically checks the guest in before arrival.

Digital Key services
Mona sends an SMS to the guest on arrival day with a pin code key, or a bluetooth key to the room.

Digital check-out
Mona sends an SMS on the day of departure with a fond farewell as well as check-out and payment links
