With the calendar at hand, it is easy to book rooms for meetings and conferences.

You book catering easily and straightforwardly via predefined packages/products or by writing directly in the arrangement field; eg. “Late night snack”.
Equipment
Picasso quickly shows an overview of how much AV equipment is available before you order it.
Select the date, drag it over to the room plan and the reservation is created.
The room plan is divided into minutes/hours or days/weeks/months.
ToDo
The booking also contains an integrated ToDo follow-up calendar, task management for all employees regarding ordering of AV equipment, agreements with customers about companies and follow-up of the number of participants.
