A practical tool for holiday centers that manage holiday homes, owned by private individuals.
The module allows owners to book their own houses online within the agreed restrictions.
Investment and operation
Private individuals can in some holiday centers invest in a holiday home, and thus become its owner. The holiday center, in turn, takes care of the practical operation, administration and, not least, renting out the house. For these tasks, the holiday center first receives the purchase price for the holiday house, as well as part of the rental income.
In addition to recieving part of the rental income, the owner gets the right to book the house for free for a number of weeks every year. The number of weeks and when in the season it is allowed, is mutually agreed upon.
The owners booking of their own houses
To facilitate the administration of the owners’ booking of their own houses, we have automated everything in Picasso Online Owner booking.
The owner gets a login, which gives him access to the owner’s product within the agreed restrictions and at no cost.
Everything works together with Picasso Digital
The holiday center can see the booking in Picasso Digital and the house is automatically closed to other tenants during the given period.
Via CSS styling, you have the option of making your online booking match the design of your website.
