Personal shopper is a mobile platform for additional sales in the room.
Here, the hotel can set up room service items, restaurant dinners, tickets and services, or anything else that you would like to tempt the guest with. The goods are presented (if desired) in categories and with pictures and sales text. You choose how you want to offer the goods in terms of delivery, time and place, and the guest chooses what is most convenient for them.
The guest receives a link that takes them to the shop. The guest is already logged in so all purchases are registered on their reservation. They can pay directly in the app or post in the room.
