It eliminates the need for yellow post-it notes and complements your Outlook.
Picasso ToDo task management
ToDo is a calendar integrated into Picasso Digital. It keeps track of your reservations, customers, suppliers, staff and personal matters.
Each employee has their own calendar.
Internal communication
ToDo sends messages internally within the hotel.
For example, type a message to the director and ToDo will show the message immediately on the directors ToDo calendar in Picasso Digital.
ToDo is your internal communication system where-as Outlook is your external.
Good customer relations
Follow-up on marketing campaigns can also be managed in ToDo. You create a task on the next follow-up date with guests you have been in contact with, and in the notefield write information and keywords from the last time you were in contact with the same guest.
